All travel costs associated with this procurement are subject to the Federal Travel Regulations. The boundaries of the GSA/NCR consist of the District of Columbia; Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in MD; Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun Counties in VA; the Cities of Alexandria, Falls Church and Fairfax, VA.
