This announcement will serve as notice that the Air Force Phillips Laboratory, Lasers and Imaging Directorate, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico intends to contract for engineering and technical support services related to Active and Passive Imaging, Optical Component Development, Laser Device Analysis and Support, Weapons Class Laser Applications, and Advanced Electro-Optical systems. This acquisition is subject to FAR 15.903 Limitation on fee for service contracts (10%). Award of a contract to a successful offeror will require the offeror to possess a local office not further than 30 miles from PL, KAFB, New Mexico.
