Veterans will be referred by a case manager from the Vocational Rehabilitation and Counseling Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Regional Office, St. Louis, Missouri 63103. Potential contractors should be able to offer services for the entire state of Missouri or designated service areas. The resulting contract will consist of the following three (3) schedules: Schedule I - Employment Placement Services Schedule II - Transferable Skills Analysis Schedule III - Labor Market Survey. Potential contractors may offer proposal on one or all three schedules. Request for proposal will be issued May 30, 1995. Request for proposal will be due close of business June 30, 1995.
