Gordon, Contracting Officer, (703) 274-8363/7433 The Government intends to award a COCO contract in the Port of Anchorage, Alaska area for approximately 450,000 barrels (shell capacity) of JP-8. Minimum two tanks required, inter-connected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm. Product to be stored neat (w/o additives) and will require additive injection prior to or during shipment. Must have capability to receive tankers and barges at Anchorage City Dock Facility via Contractor owned pipeline connection. A four year multi-year contract is proposed or one-year with three one-year options. See Note 12. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. (0128)
