This is a presolicitation notice to furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct a new 10,500 square foot pre-fabricated, pre-finished Vehicle Maintenance Facility, complete with concrete building foundation, slab and driveway, utilities and finish grading. Utilities include HVAC, propane storage tank and electric, domestic water and sewer service. Building features include insulated sheet metal wall and roof panels, top-running overhead crane, air compressor, electically operated overhead doors, administrative office, toilet and general storage. Install a government furnished 400 square foot pre-fabricated, pre-finished Hazardous Materials Storage Building, complete with a new concrete foundation and electric and domestic water service. The location of the work is the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, Brigham City, Box Elder County, Utah. The solicitation will be available on or about June 5, 1995. Estimated price range is $250,000 - $500,000. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. This project is open to large and small businesses.
