PRE-SOLICITATION: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to rebuild, alter and renovate the Multi-Purpose Building HVAC systems. Work consists of replacing three existing air conditioning systems and providing two new air conditioning systems in the Multi-Purpose Building, including: air handling units, water chiller, condensing units, chilled water pump, above ground chilled water and condensate piping, ductwork and accessories, controls, electrical work and demolition work.
