High influxes of storm water overloads the existing system, creating flooding in the Medical Center. Additional catch basins, storm sewer piping, pumps and landscaping shall be provided to prevent future flooding. Work shall also include demolition, excavation, mechanical, and electrical services. Completion time is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Cost Range is $100,000 to $250,000. Issue date is on or about May 24, 1995. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
