Z -- THANE SUBSTATION ROOF RENOVATION. Sol DE-FB85-94AP10046 due 061995. POC John White, (907) 586-7405. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, transportation and perform all services necessary for complete repairs to existing substation roof, plywood substrate and wood parapet. New, fully adhered EPDM membrane and flashings shall be supplied and installed by the contractor. The existing roof is a triple folded plate structure a 7:12 slope with metal decking. Existing crickets supply positive drainage to existing roof drains. The roof area is approximately 5200 sq ft. This project is 100% set aside for small business. The estimated cost range is less than $50,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 15, 1995 with bid opening scheduled for June 20, 1995, 2:00 pm local time.
