16 -- AH-1W NIGHT TARGETING SYSTEMS INSTALLATION SUPPORT/TECH SERVICES POC Contact, STEVE KNIGHT, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0088 for technical services in support of the AH-1W Night Targeting System (NTS) for a period of one year from award of contract. The contractor will be required to provide technical support to the installation of NTS systems on the AH-1W production line, as well as fault isolation and removal/replacement of defective WRA's on the AH-1W production line and at NTS deployment locations on the East and West coasts. NAVAIR intends to negotiate with Kollsman Division of Sequa Corp., 220 Danial Webster Hwy, Merrimack, N.H. 03043-4809. Kollsman is the domestic production source and interim depot for NTS, and as such, is the only source with the specific expertise and data required to perform this task.
