Hot Water Parts Washers located at various Organizational Maintenance Shops throughout the State of Oklahoma. These parts washers will be utilized for the cleaning of automotive repair parts. The parts washer should be a fully enclosed automated system. It should use a waterbased cleaning/degreasing solution. It should have a turn table that will handle a 400 lb. load and a minimum of 21'' diameter. The inside capacity should measure at least 28'' high. The parts washer should be equipped with 220V, single phase, 1.5 HP pump that will provide at least 23 GPM, at a pressure of 35 PSI, The washer should be able to heat the cleaning solution to at least 160 degrees F. The reservoir capability should be at least 25 gallons of cleaning solution. It should also include an oil skimmer. The washer should have a safety device that shuts off or prevents the machine from being opened while in operation. Request that the unit also be furnished with matching male/female electrical receptacles.
