Rappaport, Contracting Officer. The proposed Contractor Logistics
Suuport for the Joint STARS fourteen (14) Light Ground Station Modules
and for sixteen (16) Medium Ground Station Modules is for the
acquisition of Depot Supply and Maintenance support, Engineer support,
Development Software Support Environment (DSSE) support, one (1)
Ground Station Module Training System and field engineering support.
The support will be both CONUS and OCONUS for a one year with three
option years. The contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Time and
Material type contract. This contract will support Ground Station
Module deployment, special demostrations and tests. The Army does not
possess a competitie package and is soliciting on a Sole Source Basis
to Motorola, Inc.. The U.S. Army Communication Electronics Command
(CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide
electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation
for Bids (IFBs) from Government to industry. All interested parties
wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send
and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the
EBB you will need an identification code and password in addition to a
computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to
interface with the EBB System. Detailed information regarding system
requirements is contained in U.S. Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. A
User's Manual, Identification Code and Password will be issued upon
request. All requests must include 1) Company name, 2) point(s) of
