BURTON, (210) 221-4807 We are seeking sources for a closed circuit television (CCTV) security system for the new Brooke Army Medical Center (NBAMC) and Institute of Surgical Research/Clinical Investigations (ISR/CI). Solicitation is for a three year (3) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with sixteen (16) cameras, two (2) monitoring locations identified for the initial requirement. Requirement includes CCTV security system components, installation, and integration. Components include all mounting and housing/concealment hardware, B/W and color video cameras, various lenses and mounting configurations, related cable and control wiring, 9'' and 12'' B/W and color monitors, consoles with camera switching, synchronization, and control equipment. Installation includes all plant labor and material necessary to provide an operational system of the components called for in the initial order, and additional locations as called for by delivery order(s) placed within the contract period. Schedule anticipates either a b/w or color camera at each location and allows separate pricing, however only one or the other will be ordered and installed. Integration must include interface with, or replacement of, a door access control system manufactured by Receptors Inc, 24310 Garner, Torrence, CA, 70505, (800) 523-6155 as installed by Chubb Security Systems Incorporated, 5025 Burnet Road, Austin, TX, 78756, (512)458-8104, and an open interface for addition and integration of a video badge system. Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract, minimum guarantee is $25,001.00. Solicitation package will be available for review at the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
