This is an announcement in reference to the synopsis printed in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) on Monday, October 31, 1994. NASA/GSFC has determinied the need for a full featured, high performance NASTRAN to be used on GSFC's Cray C98 supercomputer system. This requirement will be procured under the subject solicitation (RFP5-48495/031). However, the award shall be made on a per CPU minute basis, as opposed to a Gross Asset Value (GAV) basis described in the announcement printed in the CBD on Tuesday, December 14, 1994. Responsible offerors who have submitted proposals in response to the above solicitation and are within the competitive range need only to submit a separate price proposal for this requirement.
