The Delaware Army National Guard is seeking a firm-fixed price with economic adjustment requirements type contract (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract) for delivery of subsistence items to approximately 13 unit locations (ranging from 40 to 220 troops per unit) throughout the state on a monthly basis. Subsistence items to be provided are in accordance with an ingredients list. Evaluation criteria are (in descending order of importance): (1) types of food items available, (meats, vegetables, fruit, dairy, etc.), (2) ability to deliver to required locations, (3) delivery time after receipt of order, (4) packaging may require breaking down of cases, (5) guarantee-exchange. Contract performance period will be one quarter (3 months) from date of award with options for up to four successive years. Anticipated award date is tenatively scheduled for 29 June 1995. A preproposal conference may be scheduled at a later date. A request for Sources will be issued 15 days after publication of this announcement. The Standard industrial classification (SIC) is 5141.
