Title and number of pages of the notified document: Draft of Decree No. Z-403/1995 of the COSMT on Textile Products Subject to Approval by Testing Laboratories (3 pages). 6. Description of content: Textile wear products for children over two years of age and adults, as well as household textiles, are subject to certification by State testing laboratories Nos. 219 or 224, as to the content of formaldehyde. 7. Objective and rationale: Health protection. 8. Relevant documents: (1) Announcement will appear in the Official Journal (OJ) of the COSMT, (2) Act 30/1968 Coll., in the wording of later amendments, (3) OJ of the COSMT. 9.
