is Wanda Corry. The Government plans to award indefinite-delivery,
indefinite-quantity service contracts for technical support services to
determine level of responsibility of the Government and cost allocation
of various hazardous waste sites. The services to be performed for the
Sacramento District Corps of Engineers consist of developing the
nature, extent of responsibility, and cost allocation for investigation
and cleanup of hazardous waste sites where a military organization or
any agency of the U.S. Government is named as a Potentially Responsible
Party (PRP). The service will consist of a wide range of services
related to establishing the level of responsibility of the U.S.
Government and cost allocation to include, but not limited to,
literature search to develop site ownership and historical site
operations, chemical and process engineering evaluations, contract
reviews, groundwater-contaminant modeling, photo interpretation, cost
groundwater-contaminant modeling, cost estimating, expert witness
services, and negotiation/litigation support. Security clearances may
be required on some projects. Work sites may be in any of the following
locations: States of California, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho,
Alaska, Washington, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands. The contract will
have a basic contract (365 calendar days after contract award) and four
option years (options are exercised at the discretion of the
Government). Each year's contract amount will be Not-to-Exceed
$6,000,000.00. The Government may make multiple awards. SIC code for
