Residential Community Corrections Center services: Concerns have the ability to provide residential CCC services for male and female Federal offenders in the Washington, D.C. area. Interested Offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescription, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. The estimated number of mandays is 14,600 (Minimum), 29,200 (Maximum) for the base year. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a June 6, 1995. Contract base period is one year, with four one year options. The estimated number of mandays for each option year respectively is 16,245 (Minimum), 29,200 (Maximum), and 18,250 (Minimum), 29,200 (Maximum) for the last threee option years.
