Concerns are sought who have the ability to provide residential community corrections facility(s) and services for male and female offenders. Interested parties are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the Contracting Office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, accountability, treatment and furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Santa Barbara, California area. Contract Base Period is for 4,380 males and 1,460 females. Estimated total number of mandays for Option Year One is 2,555 males and 730 females, Option Years Two and Three is 2,920 males and 730 females, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is May 29, 1995. Estimated RFP closing date is July 20, 1995. A requirements contract is anticipated.
