Period of Performance to be one (1) year with four (4) one year options. Base year beginning on 01 Oct 95. The approximate issue/response date will be 22 May 95. No telephone requests. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
