One (1) Nurse Practitioner and One (1) Clincial Assistant to provide intermediate level medical services to patients who are Indian Health Service (IHS) beneficiaries on the campus of the Sherman Indian High School, Riverside, CA. Services to be on-site at the IHS Clinic facility for six (6) hours each day, from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Mondary through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Services to be provided for ten (10) months a year, from August 1 through May 31, with two (2) option years. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.
