The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) has a requirement for assistance in designing and developing portions of the financial simulation model that will be used to run the risk based capital stress test setting capital requirements for the Housing Enterprises. The work will consist of developing portions of the financial simulation model and consulting to help OFHEO implement an efficient and effective software development process and consulting on the application of generally accepted accounting principals in the context of financial services institutions. These portions consist of software to generate pro forma financial statements from cash flow streams of most on- and off-balance sheet financial instruments. OFHEO is developing its own software to generate cash flows. Period of the contract will be from date of award to September 30, 1995, with four (4) one-year options. Requests for RFP's shall be in writing. Two mailing labels should accompany each letter request. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
