The contractor will enhance their current work to abstract and index clinical trial protocols for diseases other than cancer for a Rare Disease Clinical Research database. They will also provide additional database maintenance services for PDQ. Authority: 41 USC 253 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1 referring to only one responsible source. The duplication of effort and extensive coordination with the proposed source that would be required if another source were to perform these services make competition unfeasible for these tasks.
