Requirements contract to furnish all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles to perform the following work: Grass mowing, cleaning services, operation and maintenance of sewage systems, servicing and maintenance janitorial services and a variety of other routine services associated with the operation of a water resource project at Old Hickory Lake, Hendersonville, TN. Counties included are Davidson, Smith, Trousdale and Wilson. The work includes the furnishing of Park Attendants. Proposal documents will be available o/a 6/9/95. The contract will contain four (4) renewal options for a period of one year each and an additional short term renewal option for a period of 6 months.
