Y -- INSTALLATION OF NEW BOILERHOUSE FACILITY AT THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROJECT IN FERNALD, HAMILTON COUNTY, OHIO Sol FSC 5. Due 063095. POC Maria Ansley (513) 738-6499. This project includes the procurement and installation of a new boilerhouse facility to replace the existing coal-fired boilerhouse. The facility consists of 1) constructing a new pre-fabricated building (approximately 60' x 50') including foundations, power and utility requirements 2) relocation of the existing 75,000 pound gas-fired 3) procurement and installation of smaller gas-fired boilers with total capacity of 30,000 pounds 4) procurement and installation of auxiliary water treatment and softening equipment 5) installation of pipe-rack (foundations and supports) 6) procurement and installation of new air compressor(s) and 7) installation of new gas-line service. This project is a small business set-aside. Estimated cost $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Interested small business firms should send a Letter of Interest referencing Project No. FSC 566.
