Project is located on the Selway Ranger District of the Nez Perce National Forest, Idaho County, Idaho. Project entails reconstruction of Trail #704 for pack/saddle and motorbike use and new construction of tread, switchback construction, installation of drainage structures and naturalization of abandoned trail. Naturalization work includes backfilling trenched trail, installation of sediment traps, seeding and placement of native debris. Location of Project: From Lowell, Idaho proceed 1/2 mile to Road 317, then proceed 13.7 miles to end of road at Roundtop Mountain and EOP of Trail #704. Estimated start work is July 15, 1995.
