Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment required to widen/add two travel lanes to South Patrick Drive located at Patrick AFB FL. in accordance with specifications and drawings for a complete and usable facility. Work includes construction of subbase, base, new pavements, curbing, gutters, drainage systems, landscaping, asphalt, overlays, restriping, removal and replacement of asbestos cement water main. Construction time is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 15 JUL 95. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1611 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $17.0M. Estimated range of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
