Work consists of repairing the existing HVAC system and will involve replacement of damper motors, motors, control linkages and pumps, repairing the major equipment by greasing, replacing belts, filters, etc., and general maintenance. This will include the addition of controls, thermostats and volume control dampers, and testing and balancing the HVAC system. This project will also include asbestos and lead-based paint abatement. Estimated Cost Range: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Bid sets available at $17.35 for half-size and $27.85 for full-size.
