Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliance and supervision necessary to remove two (2) each McQuay Roof-Top HVAC Units, (a 25 Ton Unit and a 30 Ton Unit) and all accessories and incidentals and with two (2) each ``Trane'' Roof-Top Units (a 25 Ton Unit and a 30 Ton Unit) on a one story office building. Additional work involves roof structural rework, ductwork rework, installation of new roof curbs, minor roof repair, minor installation of piping, controls, electrical feeders and other necessary work for a complete installation of the two new roof-top units. All work shall be in strict accordance with the plans and technical provisions of the specifications for Project VGLZ902043, ``Repair Air Handlers, Building 34''. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The applicable standard including affiliates is no more than $7.0M average annual revenue for the previous three years. The estimated magnitude of the construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work shall be accomplished within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
