The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for preparation of lead contaminated surfaces and application of paint on interior surfaces of family housing; waxing of floors; and refinishing of cabinets, in certain designated areas; repairs to walls and ceilings; and incidental related work. All work shall be in comliance with OSHA Reg CFR 1926.62. Indefinite quantity contract to be awarded for a period of one year commencing 15 days after award with a guaranteed minimum of 8% of the total estimated quantity.
