It is the Governments belief that I-Net Incorporated is the only manufacturer capable of meeting the minimum needs of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement for competition based upon responses to the notice is soleley within the descretion of the Government.
