Luis Ernesto Salinas, Information Systems Advisor, Phone 011-571-3130913, Fax 011-571-3121126 FUNDACION PARA LA EDUCACION SUPERIOR (FES Foundation), is implementing the Justice Sector Reform Program for the Government of Colombia (GOC) under USAID Cooperative Agreement No. 514-9002-A- 00-2002-00 and intends to receive proposals for the supply, installation and maintenance of a computer data sustem including: 2 servers (Pentium Level), 51 microcomputers, 20 dot matrix printers, LAN elements (Hubs, Logical and electrical wiring, LAN cards, etc.) to support a 100 station's LAN, operational software (LAN, stations, Data Base manager), Back-up tapes and analisis, development and installation of special software to meet the functional requirements for the Public Defender's Office in Bogot, Colombia. Specification document is available in Spanish and will be provided by a nominal fee, $100 if delivered in Bogot and $150 if delivered to USA by courier. Interested firms should submit request in writing up to May 19, 1995 including a check addressed to ''Fundacin FES''. As part of the evaluation process, the GOC has the authority to determine an otherwise succesful offeror to be non-responsible. This decision may not be appealed. (0130)
