Requirement: In providing this copy production capability, the contractor shall provide, install, and maintain eighty-two (82) bond paper copy machines at various locations on MacDill AFB. In addition, the contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, transportation, training, materials and consumable supplies to include paper, toner, fuser oil, developer, repair parts, and other items required to sustain operatin of these copiers. Copiers must be capable of reproducing legal and bond size paper within the following copy production categories without exceeding the equipment capability: Category I - 15 copies per minute with a monthly production volume of 10,000 copies, Category II - 25 copies per minute with a monthly production volume of 15,000 copies, and Category III - 35 copies per nminute with a monthly production volume of 20,000 copies. Pricing will be based on the number of copies produced. The estimated annual copy usage is 4,202,800. The contract will be for one year with four option years. The performance period for the base year will be 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97. The four option years will coincide with the fiscal year. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
