Maintenance to technical expertise and diagnostic skills associated with the complete on-site maintenance and repair of the system. Provide telephone support information as required to help operators of the System correct problems as they occur. Remedial maintenance or on-call response for field service technical help to be within 24 hours of notification of system malfunction.
