(IDC) for A/E services for conducting environmental engineering
studies, investigations, surveys, designs, and construction contract
surveillance and inspection support for U.S. Coast Guard FDCCPAC.
Projects may belocated throughout the U.S. but approximately 90% of
projects will be located in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and
California. Task orders may include geotechnical investigations,
hazardous waste and petroleum contamination investigations, lead
basedpaint and asbestos surveys, remedial options alternatives
development, UST investigations, CERCLA/RCRA investigations and
feasibility studies, remedial design (emphasis on contaminant isolation
and in-situ remediation techniques under RCRA/CERCLA), NEPArelated
environmental activities, environmental compliance evaluations (ECEs),
federal real estate assessments and topographic, hydrographic, and
property surveys. Three contracts will be awarded as a result of this
announcement. Each contract will havea two year potential (one year
with one option year). Each contract will have a potential value of
$500K for each year. Individual contract tasks will not exceed $200K.
Firms desiring consideration must submit SF254 for themselves as well
as allproposed consultants and a SF255. Submittals must be received in
this office no later than 4:30 PM, 30 calendar days after the date of
this publication or 4:30 PM on June 16th, whichever is later.
Evaluation criteria in descending order of importanceare (1)
Specialized experience in related work (2) professional qualifications
of the team members (provide a chart listing the specific team members
and their proposed duties and functions under the contract (3) teams
past record of performance (4)capacity and capability of firm to
accomplish work in a timely manner (5) Proximity of the firms project
management team to USCG FDCCPAC (Seattle, WA) and field offices
throughout USCG FDCCPAC operational area (CA, OR, WA, AK, HI) with
emphasis onAnchorage, AK and California, (6) Minority and women
ownership and employment of firm and consultants; provide percentages
of minority and women employment by discipline in the firm. Any
contract awarded as a result of this notice will subject the
A/Econtractor and its consultants to the Procurement Integrity
Provisions of Section 27 of the Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 USC
