A Fixed price contract is proposed to include testing, preparation and certification for an Environmental Baseline Survey Report for Damon Elementary School, Loring AFB, Limestone ME. The contractor shall perform field investigations, prepare plans and specifications, cost estimate and construction administration for roof renovations at Damon Elementary School, Loring AFB ME. The evaluation factors will include the following: a. Staff: Environmental Engineer, Chemist, Geologist, Hygienist with at least 2 years of specialized technical experience in Environmental Baseline Surveys; b. Firm: with at least 2 years of specialized technical experience in Environmental Baseline Surveys. c. In-house technical staff-Environmental Engineer, Geologist, Hygienist, Chemical Engineer; d. Past Performance on government contracts, time, within budget and cost control; e. Knowledge of federal, state, ASTM-E1527-94 and local Environmental laws. The proposed acquisition listed herein will be pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and shall be 100% small business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code 8712 applies. All responses are due to this office no later than 35 days after publication in the CBD.
