The purpose of the proposed acquisition is to obtain Human Research Office (HRO) Support Services for Computer System Analysis and Systems Integration. The services required shall include Performance Management Support, Defense Civilian Personnel Data Systems (DCPDS)Verification and Validation Support, Personnel Management Evaluation (PME) and Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC) Data Call Support, HRO Automated Data Processing System Administration, and Human Resources Development/Organization Development Support. Performance of this effort requires experience with Management Information Systems, Personnel and Financial Management Systems (DBOF) within Navy activities. The anticipated period of performance shall be from the effective date of the contract through (3) three years thereafter. The RFP shall be issued on or about 26 May 1995 with a closing date for receipt of proposals 30 days thereafter.
