Recruitment and placement of youth from the States of Colorado and Wyoming for the Job Corps Program. The Job Corps Centers in Region VIIVIII require the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of 550 females and 950 males to participate in training. The students leaving the Centers are to be placed in jobs. The program is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational and support services to youth 16 through 24 years of age in a residential setting. The resulting contat will be for the period of December 1, 1995, through November 30, 1997, with three one-year option year periods. A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 am on June 13, 1995 at the Job Corps Regional Office at City Center Square, Suite 1000, 1100 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105.
