General Services Administration is requesting operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the Jack Brooks Federal Building and Courthouse, 300 Willow Street, Beaumont, Texas, 77701. The Contractor shall provide all O&M services excluding elevator maintenance repair and fire system maintenance service for the above named location. The contract performance period will be for 1 base year with four 1 year option periods for a total of 5 years. The expected start date will be 2/1/96. The estimated cost range is $100,000 - $250,000. A pre-proposal conference will be held June 27, 1995 at 10:00 am in the basement of the Jack Brooks Building in room B-136. A bid guarantee of 20 percent and a performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the bid price shall be required. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The standard industrial code for this procurement is 7349 and the small business size standard is $5 million.
