It consists of all proposed contract terms and conditions, solicitation provisions, the statement of work and applicable technical exhibits related to providing Logistics Support Services to the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California. The major functional areas included in the work to be performed under this PWS are: Central Issue Facility (CIF); bulk and Retail Mobility Fuel Supply Points; Ammunition Supply Point (ASP); Data Conversion and Files Section (DCFS); Inventory and Adjustment Section (IAS); Central Receiving Point (CRP); Storage, Turn-In and Issue Facility (STIF); Sewing and Cloth Repair; Packaging and Shipping Facility; Transportation Services (Operations); Direct Support Supply Activity (DSSA); AWRPS Brigade Equipment and Support; Army Oil Analysis Laboratory; and Operations Group Equipment and Support. The objective of the DRFP is to encourage prospective contractors to identify questions early and suggest how the solicitation may be improved and clarified so that parties have a clear understanding of the resulting contractual arrangement. Respondents will be requested to evaluate and comment on any element of the DRFP. Responses are voluntary, not mandatory, and the Government is not currently negotiating or calling for offers.
