Dental Lab shall fabricate prosthetic dental appliances and provide specialized laboratory procedures including but not limited to, stone/duplicate casts, impression trays, record bases with occlusal rims, splints and night guards, denture repairs, articulation and set-up, crown and bridge work. In addition to capability and quality, turn-around time is a significant factor. Consideration will be given only to firms capable of providing service to pick-up, appropriately pack, transport, and deliver finished products to the respective Medical Centers, on a scheduled bi-weekly and emergency as-needed basis. The SIC code for this procurement is 8072. Award of contract is contemplated for a one-year period, with the Government option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000 for one-year period. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing. Issue date o/a May 31, 1995. Offerors are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference to be held o/a June 20, 1995. Proposals are due in the Contracting Office as specified in the solicitation o/a June 30, 1995.
