Description of Medical Services changed to read: Provide occupational job related medical services of the type commonly furnished DOD employees, to include employment related services and examinations at assigned geographical duty locations in the following states: Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. Contract performance includes operation of Health Clinic on site, DCMDN Boston, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and services of visiting registered nurse to various satellite field activities located throughout the geographical areas to provide health screenings. Services rendered will be in accordance with Federal Occupational Medical Standards and OSHA, DOD 6055, manuals, etc. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the DCMDN-Boston.
