The Indian Health Service is soliciting for proposals for a requirements contract for reference laboratory testing and clinical pathology consultation services for IHS facilities located in the states of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, supplies and equipment necessary to provide the services. Offeror must be accredited and must maintain accreditation through the period of the contract. Award will be for basic year with prepriced option for two additional years.
