located at the FAA Southwest Regional Office Fort Worth, Texas. The
Manager will organize, schedule and perform all center activities. This
includes but is not limited to aerobic classes, weight training,
jazzercise, step aerobics, body toning, etc., in conjunction with
nutrition and weight reduction programs, dietary management, stress
management, smoking cessation and any intevention/prevention program to
promote overall good health. Management will also include processing
all employees/users through a training session of proper use of the
facility, and daily routine/preventive maintenance of all equipment.
The basic contract period will be from October 1, 1995 through
September 30, 1996, with 4 (four) one year options to renew. Request
for proposal packages will be available approximately June 1, 1995. The
SIC code for this requirement is 7991. For Minority, Woman-Owned and
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation
(DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU),
has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business
enterprises to acquire short-term working capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and
payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80%
guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also
available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
