The Gross Flows Survey of Mortgage Lending Activity (SLMA) is the cornerstone of Housing's mortgage market surveys/reports system. The contractor is to 1) assist the SLMA to develop a new sample survey for commerical banks and mutual savings banks, 2) provide short term assistance in administering the survey of commercial banks and mutual savings, and 3) Make such other improvements to the SMLA's data collection practices and data processing procedures as are most cost-beneficial.
