DHHS HCFA Regional Office is seeking the services of a contractor to perform a State Performance Evaluation and Comprehensive Test of Reimbursement Under Medicaid (SPECTRUM) Review of hospitals in West Virginia. Purpose to determine whether disproportionate share payments to hospitals were proper. CPFF type contract anticipated. On-site performance will be required in Philadelphia, PA (orientation; presentation(s); closeout conference), Charleston WV and possibly other locations in WV. Period of performance is approximately 317 calendar days from effective date of contract. Solicitation to be issued at least on or about 15 days after publication of this notice and will close approximately 30 calendar days thereafter.
