R -- AIRPORT NOISE MANAGEMENT SERVICES The City of St. Louis Authority is seeking a statement of qualifications and proposals from qualified persons and firms for Airport Noise Management Services. The Request for Qualifications can be obtained beginning Wednesday, May 10, 1995, at the Airport Contracts Administration Office, 4610 North Lindbergh Boulevard, Suite 240, Bridgeton, Missouri 63044, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or by calling (314) 731-0525. Qualifications and Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. Local Time, Thursday, June 15, 1995. It is the policy of the City of St. Louis Airport Authority to provide disadvantaged, minority and women owned businesses the maximum opportunity to participate in contracting opportunities at Lambert - St. Louis International Airport.
