The contractor shall perform sampling, transportation, analysis, and reporting for a twelve (12) month period beginning 01 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 on sewage treatment plant influent and effluent for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters in accordance with applicable NJDEP and EPA regulations as scheduled in the specification. The work site and pick-up point is at the main station sewage treatment plant in Colts Neck, NJ. The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 8999. The size standard is $3.5 million. IFB's will be issued on/about 16 June 1995. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Performance period will be one year commencing 15 days after notice of award.
