Potential Sources Sought. Project consists of all equipment, material, labor and supervision to ADAL Vehicle Maintenance Complex and Construct Communications/Electronics Facility at Volk Field CRTC, Camp Douglas, WI. Project will include a new 9,200 SF steel and masonry addition to existing vehicle maintenance facility. Adjacent to this complex will be a 14,000 SF steel and masonry frame buiding containing offices, classrooms, electronic repair shops and restrooms. Construction work will include site preparation, pavement recycling, sanitary sewer, water lines, strutural steel, gypsum wall board systems, various interior finishes including computer flooring. Magnitude of project is between 1 and 5 million dollars. Project is under consideration for Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. Intersted concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as prime or as a subcontractor on the project, evidence of capability to perform, including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, telephone numbers and if appropriate, a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concerns. In addition, dollar amount of construction bonding capability is required. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to insure this solicitation s set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) or as ``Unrestricted'' without further notice. Therefore replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business standard including affiliates is no more than $17,000,000 average annual revenue for previous three years.
