Asbestos abatement will be a part of this contract. Construction will be of load bearing masonry with bar joist roof with modified bitumen roofing. Exterior work will include an addition to the existing parking lot. A preproposal conference is scheduled for May 31, 1995, 1:00 PM, at the facility. Estimated cost of this project is between $675,000 and $875,000 with 242 days for construction after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
