The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to expand the existing 9400 SF facility by 9348 SF. Asbestos abatement will be a part of this contract. Construction will be of load bearing masonry with bar joist roof with modified bitumen roofing. Exterior work will include an addition to the existing parking lot. A preproposal conference is schedule for May 31, 1995, 9:00 AM, at the facility. Estimated cost of this project is between $775,000 and $975,000 with 242 days for construction after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
